Across the Universe Project QUILTING Link Up & Voting Post

UPDATE 12/23/14!

TIME TO VOTE!  Choose your FOUR Favorite Quilts Below and click on the heart to vote!  You can click on the photo's themselves to read more about the quilts!

Please DO NOT VOTE for entries 36 and 37.  36 is made by Diane Lapacek, the challenge maker, and 37 is made by myself - we are not eligible for prizes and we don't want to take away votes from others.  You can, however, feel free to click on our projects and leave us a comment on what you think!  We love to hear from you!

The quilt with the most votes will receive this:

lego sewing set

LEGO Furniture: Sewing Room w/ sewing machine, dress forms, and table from me as a fun little prize.

Alright - we're doing something new this time around.  Below I need you to link up either a blog post or a flickr image to widget below of your COMPLETED 'Across the Universe' Project QUILTING Piece.  The link up will be open from noon on February 16th until noon on February 23rd.  There is NO WIGGLE ROOM here like there was before.  At noon - you can no longer link up and I won't be able to squeeze you in either.  Please plan accordingly.

If you don't blog and you don't do flickr, email your picture and story to be my 11:00 am on February 23rd so I can get it posted for you.  Since I'm doing this differently I need time to do this BEFORE the link closes.

Please still include the story and information behind the quilt on flickr and/or your blog post.  We all still want to read about it!  AND when you link up, if you choose to link to your blog, be sure to link to the post talking about your quilt.  This will make it easier for us all to find it.

This is the first time I'm doing this!  If you have any questions or issues with it please let me know ASAP or feel free to post on the Project QUILTING page or 'Challenge Quilts' Group.  If I'm not around someone usually is to answer questions!

  1. This was the toughest week yet to choose four favorites!!! I loved taking a closer look at your beautiful quilts…and I do believe the Universe must be quite puffed up with pride this morning.

  2. Whaaaat?!?! I can't believe it! I'm amazed and humbled. I did not expect to win any of these challenges as everyone is so incredibly talented. Thank you so much! ☺️
