”Quilting Gift Certificate” for $30.00 off the Quilting on a Baby size quilt or larger. (Baby, Lap, Twin. Full, Queen, or King) from Marcia’s Crafty Sewing & Quilting.

The Gift Certificate will be good for 4 months starting one month after the challenge ends.  Excluding the Month of December for using the gift certificate.  The quilting gift certificate is transferable to another person, so you can share it with a friend, if you’d like.

Congrats Kim Wells for winning quilting from Marcia!

Marcia will do an estimate based on the size of the winner's quilt top, quilting choices, thread choices, and batting and if they would like to purchase backing fabric from me. Winner can send backing fabric and batting with their quilt top, but I do have it available. This way the winner will have a good estimate of the value of your quilting prize.

Marcia would also like to give

akachery one of her original patterns(value $8.00).  (Can you tell Cedi was all dress and ready for the circus!?)
Here are the six quilt patterns the winner will get to chose from:

  1. Summer Tomatoes Quilt Pattern – PDF
  2. Easy to Sew Quilt Pattern – PDF
  3. Textures Quilt Pattern – PDF
  4. Quilted Checkbook or Calendar Pattern – PDF
  5. Quilted Pocket Purse – PDF
  6. Turn a Quilt into a Bag Pattern - PDF

Prize 10

A good friend of mine, Trish Frankland of Quilt Chicken, recently won a beyond amazing prize from the Bad Ass Quilter’s Society to celebrate reaching 8,000 followers on facebook. IMG_7231

There were a few things in the prize package that she already had and decided to spread the love by donating them to Project QUILTING Prizes.  One of those things – the Quilter’s Catalog by  Meg Cox is going to be a prize this week.  At this point in the drawing Pip decided she was finally ready to pick a winner …

Congrats to QuiltArtbymegan!  You are the new over of the Quilter’s Catalog!

A big congratulations to all the winners and participants of the last Project QUILTING Challenge.  Even if you didn’t win a prize – you did FINISH a quilt in just one week!  Woo Hoo!  The next challenge will be posted tomorrow at noon!  Stop back soon!

All winners keep an eye on your inboxes!  I’ll be contacting you sometime tomorrow so you can find out how to claim your prize!

  1. Congrats to everyone! Carla's quilt definitely deserves the top spot, it's so beautiful! I love a rainbow! :)
Oh and Kim, can't wait for your calendar! Thanks so much!

  2. I wasn't a winner but I just had to stop over and say...what a cute way to display the winner names! Even the one that was upside down! They probably had fun drawing the names! Kids are great!

  3. Congrats to all the winners! And huge thanks to Kim ' s sponsors for all the great prizes! And definitely agree that Carla deserved the top spot....such a lovely quilt!

  4. I'm so excited, Kim. Thank you!!!! I love Project Quilting and the challenges. What a great group of quilters!
