Winners Winners!!!! Challenge 8.3 of Project QUILTING

It was another impressive week in Project QUILTING World.  For the third challenge in a row – OVER 100 folks joined in the fun! This is just mind blowing.  So far in 2017 – in just three challenges 374 quilts have been completed!  That’s more projects finished in just three challenges that have ever been finished in a complete season before!  YES!  And – we still have three challenges left!  That being said, not only have there been TONS of projects completed but the creativity, ingenuity, craftsmanship, and just plain accomplishment has been beyond impressive!

Let’s take a few minutes to go through all the folks who won prizes for the 8.3 Texture Challenge.

First – the “Viewer’s Choice” winner -

maisiemae trexture

is masiemae and her quilt “Mosaic Wall Hanging”.  Congratulations!  Watch your mailbox for …

Now let’s get onto the random prize.  The girls and I did a live drawing Friday night because we had a full day of basketball today (Cedi’s team went 1-2 and Capri’s team was 3-1).

PRIZE 1

Winner: by rutigt

“Quilting Gift Certificate” for $30.00 off the Quilting on a Baby size quilt or larger. (Baby, Lap, Twin. Full, Queen, or King) from Marcia’s logo_crafty_sewing_150x150Crafty Sewing & Quilting.
The Gift Certificate will be good for 4 months starting one month after the challenge ends.  Excluding the Month of December for using the gift certificate.  The quilting gift certificate is transferable to another person, so you can share it with a friend, if you’d like.
Marcia will do an estimate based on the size of the winner's quilt top, quilting choices, thread choices, and batting and if they would like to purchase backing fabric from me. Winner can send backing fabric and batting with their quilt top, but I do have it available. This way the winner will have a good estimate of the value of your quilting prize.
